DELIVERY INFORMATION
Deliveries within Metro Manila will have a lead time of 1-3 business days while deliveries outside Metro Manila will arrive within 10-20 business days, depending on your location. We will inform you of a revised delivery time if:
the order is for a particularly large volume the items ordered require assembly before shipping there are any other issues that would effect the delivery
FREIGHT COLLECT (OUTSIDE METRO MANILA)
Our Freight Collect option allows you to pay for the delivery charges upon receipt of your order. Shipping cost varies depending on your location and the volumetric weight of the item(s). We will get the best possible rate based on the delivery address you provided. This will be communicated through email once we have received your order.
ADDRESS / DELIVERY ISSUES
In cases where there are issues with the address or delivery, the recipient will be required to help coordinate with the courier on resolving shipment issues.
NON DELIVERIES / RETURNED DELIVERY
If a delivery is returned due to issues with the address, or if the recipient is not present for delivery and the parcel is returned to us, there will be a shipment fee to redeliver the item(s) – this will be calculated and communicated before resending.
