At Luxury Pad Living, we carefully inspect and prepare all items to ensure they are delivered to our customers in good condition. To maintain fairness and quality assurance, we have established the following return guidelines.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Customers are required to provide clear photos and a video of the unboxing process taken immediately upon receiving the order to support the claim.
Once the claim is submitted, our team will review the issue and verify whether the damage was caused during transit by the courier or due to a product defect. After assessment, we will assist with the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the defective part or item when applicable.
- Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us properly assess any concerns, we require customers to record a video while unboxing the package immediately upon receiving the order. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review. - Assembly-Related Concerns
Most of our products are Ready-to-Assemble (RTA). Damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or mishandling may not be covered under our return or replacement policy. - Non-Returnable Items
Items that are custom-ordered, pre-ordered, or specially sourced upon customer request may not be eligible for return unless confirmed defective. - Return Approval
All return or replacement requests are subject to review and approval by the management.. Approved claims will follow the instructions provided by our support team.
