Do your products come with a warranty?

Luxury Pad Living offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on selected items. As most of our pieces are carefully curated and imported, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery are not covered.

All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery to ensure quality.

Customers are required to inspect the item upon delivery and report any concerns within 24 hours of receiving the item. Claims beyond this period may no longer be eligible for replacement or repair
