Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver nationwide through third party couriers such as Lalamove and AP CArgo.

How much is the shipping cost?

How long before I receive the item(s)?

Deliveries within Metro Manila will have a lead time of 1-2days days while deliveries outside Metro Manila will arrive within 10-20 business days, depending on your location.

Where can I view your products?

We are in the midst of setting up our showroom and we will be welcoming our customers very soon. Look out for our opening announcement on our social media pages.

If you would like to personally view a particular product, please contact us and we can arrange a warehouse visit.

Can I reserve an item before purchasing?

We currently do not offer item reservations. To secure your order, full payment is required as items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are all items already assembled?

Most of our products are Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) and will require simple assembly upon delivery. Assembly instructions and necessary hardware are typically included to ensure an easy setup.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

At Luxury Pad Living, we take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in good condition. To help us properly assess any concerns, we kindly ask customers to record a video of the unboxing process immediately upon receiving the order.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order details along with the unboxing video and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Please note that defective or damage claims submitted without an unboxing video or beyond the 24-hour period may not be eligible for review.

Do you accept pre-orders and can I request a particular product that is not posted on your site?

Yes, we do accept pre-orders, especially for large quantities. If you are looking for a particular model, color, or style, you may contact us and we may be able to source it for you through our suppliers.

For pre-orders, we require a 50% down payment to confirm the order, while the remaining balance must be paid once the item has been received by us and is ready for delivery or shipment.

Where do you get your items and how can I be assured of the quality?

All our products are sourced directly from our partner manufacturers overseas. All products are manufactured in the factories as we order them.
