1. Orders & Pre-Orders

  • Most of our products are Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) and sourced from international suppliers.
  • We accept pre-orders, especially for special models, colors, or large quantities.
  • Pre-orders require a 50% down payment to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due once the order is received by us.
  • Product images and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge; minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur.

2. Payment

  • All orders must be paid in accordance with the terms stated during checkout.
  • We accept GCash and Bank Transfer (BPI and BDO).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery costs vary depending on item size, weight, and delivery address.
  • We take care to ensure all items are delivered in good condition. Customers are required to record a video of the unboxing upon receipt.
  • Any damages during delivery must be reported within 24 hours with photos and the unboxing video.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Defective Items

  • Refer to our Return & Replacement Policy.
  • Claims for defective or damaged items will be assessed, including verification if the damage was caused during transit by the courier.
  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
  • Damages from improper assembly, misuse, or mishandling are not covered.
  • Custom or specially sourced orders may not be returned unless defective.

5. No Warranty

  • Currently, Luxury Pad Living does not provide product warranties.
  • Defective or damaged products must follow the Return & Replacement Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Luxury Pad Living is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, assembly, or accidents.
  • Liability for shipping damage is limited to verified cases documented according to our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including images, product descriptions, and branding, is owned by Luxury Pad Living and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Privacy & Cookies

  • Personal information collected is used only for processing orders, delivery, and communication.
